A delicious and versatile organic pasta made from toasted durum wheat. This traditional Sardegna cut of pasta is dried and then toasted, resulting in a nutty, rich flavor.
Excellent served with a steaming Cioppino or try tossing warm Fregola with a simple dressing of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and jarred tuna chunks. Also lovely served cold as a salad with grilled vegetables.
